  • Have some goals in mind that you are committed to achieving- whether that is to live pain free, achieve your first pull up or to gain energy!

This is the most supportive programme, using Pilates Equipment.

Conscious Movement Classes are perfect for you if:

  • You enjoy working out with other like-minded people. 

  • You're aware you need to work out regularly to live a long & healthy life.

  • You want to get rid of aches and pains. 

  • You want to see some amazing results!

  • You're looking for a more affordable way to work out.

  • You don't need additional support (no ongoing injuries or recent surgery).

  • You'd love the chance to have a chat and a cuppa with others, from a calm place.
