It took me to the point of becoming disabled to realise my “to do” list wasn’t as important as my health.
My Story: I Saw the Patterns No One Was Talking About
For years, I believed that success meant pushing through, doing more, and ignoring my body’s signals.
I spent my life masking, people-pleasing, and trying to fit into systems that weren’t designed for my ADHD brain. I kept overcommitting, overworking, and burning myself out—convinced that if I could just be more disciplined, more focused, more something, everything would finally fall into place.
Instead? I crashed. Hard.
As I started coaching chronically ill clients, I saw the same patterns over and over again—so many of them had undiagnosed ADHD and were stuck in burnout cycles that were making them sick.
They weren’t failing. They weren’t bad at business. They were running on an empty tank, nervous system stuck in survival mode, and their bodies were shutting down.
And that’s when I knew—I didn’t want to just help people recover.
I wanted to help them avoid getting that sick in the first place.
💡 That’s when everything changed.



I started focusing on nervous system regulation, ADHD friendly business strategies through a trauma informed & compassionate lens—and from there, my business (and life) completely transformed.
