A 4 week programme for neurodivergent wellbeing practitioners who are sick of feeling like a sleazy car salesman every time you try to sell online.
In just 1 month you'll be talking about your offers with conviction and asking for a sale with no guilt, over-explaining or watering yourself down.
Become the woman who believes in her pricing.
We start 10th August.

You've got the qualifications, the results, and the reviews. So why do you feel guilty asking for a sale?

You know your work changes lives. So why does selling it fill you with guilt?
-
You'd rather squeeze in three more low-cost sessions than raise your price once, even though it's costing you your evenings, your weekends, and time with the people you love.
-
You're done feeling like a hypocrite- telling your clients to rest and set boundaries but you're closing your laptop at 10pm because you don't want an email to go unreplied.
-
You've spent more hours today rewriting one caption than this programme will ask of you in a week.
-
You tell yourself you’re “just not good at social media”, but really you're hiding from your ex-colleagues, girls you went to school with or your auntie watching you talk about feelings on the internet.
-
You'd rather post another "here's 5 tips" carousel than the one post that actually says "this is what I sell, here's how to book", because teaching feels generous, and selling still feels like taking.
-
You soften every sales post with “no pressure”, “only if it feels aligned”, or “I totally understand if now isn’t the right time.”
-
You want dream clients to find you, trust you, and buy from you, but showing your face and saying “this is what I sell” still feels like leaving the house with no clothes on.

Another content strategy won’t fix the part of you that panics when you need to sell your work
It's not your confidence. It's your nervous system doing its job, protecting you from something it once learned was dangerous. Safe to Sell is where you show it that asking for the sale is safe now.
Social media asks you to do the exact things many neurodivergent, sensitive women learned were unsafe: be visible, be direct, be disliked, be judged, be consistent, be vulnerable, be “too much”, and still keep going.
So of course you procrastinate. Of course you over-polish. Of course you make your content sound like what you think people want instead of what you actually believe.
You can't strategise your way out of a safety response.
Safe to Sell gives you the somatic and practical tools to feel confident selling your transformative work on social media, without feeling like a sleazy car salesman.
"That's easy for you to say..."
All of these clients thought the same before we worked together.
Lisa, a Pilates teacher client, has gone from being on the edge of burnout, working with 30+ clients a week, and struggling to say no to her clients, to booking the whole of August off, raising her prices and has stopped working evenings.
Anna, a Feng Shui practitioner client, got her website published after 7-8 years of "perfecting it". She said "Jenny understands the mindset, somatic practice and energetics and gets neurodivergence as a successful business owner. She has helped me be more gentle with myself, get clarity, and set work goals and boundaries."
Lucy, a neurodivergent business owner is now facilitating workshops and delivering speeches on stages, she said “I’m much more confident now explaining what I do and what I’m good at, rather than almost apologising and begging to be hired.”
All of them went through my signature RISE framework you'll be doing.

GUIDED BY JENNY ADAMS, ADHD WOMEN'S COACH OF THE YEAR 2024–25
Host of Calm Your Nervous System — top 15% of podcasts globally
I created Safe to Sell because I know how many brilliant practitioners are hiding in plain sight.
I used to negotiate contracts for a living, but I still couldn't say my own prices out loud without justifying them.
I spent years in procurement, I was a professional negotiator able to talk through 6 & 7 figure contracts with a room full of people trying to find a weakness to exploit.
Then I started my own business and realised I couldn't type £200 into a DM without adding "but I'm happy to be flexible".
That's when I realised selling wasn't just a skill problem.
My first launches failed. Publicly. Not because there wasn't a need for the work inside them, but because I'd mention it once and assume the whole internet was ignoring me on purpose because they hated the offer.
I even dropped the price of a £3000 life changing course to £50 a month to try and please people. It wasn't about the price- I didn't know how to sell the value.
In 2025 I increased my income by 70%, bought my dream car and flew business class to Australia- because I got so repetitive and specific about my offer that I got bored of listening to myself (yes, I hated the sound of my own voice once too!)
I'd finally shown my nervous system it was safe to want more for the transformative work I do, and to ask for more.
You already have the time. You're spending it faffing in your drafts and watching 57 different coaches tell you 57 different things.

More than 7 hours a week wasted or an entire working day. Gone. Spent rewriting captions or "researching" competitors 5 years ahead of you (aka justifying your belief that you're just crap at what you do).
Safe to Sell asks for about 90 minutes a week.
So it isn't a question of finding the time, its being more intentional with something that'll free you of the constant spirals and procrastinating for so long.
And yes, I know you've bought things you didn't finish.
So has everyone reading this.
It's what happens when a forty-module course built for a neurotypical brain meets yours at 9pm on a Tuesday.
Safe to Sell is four weeks.
Short enough to see the end from the start.
It's all live (and recorded if you can't make a session)
A time and a date, not a library you'll get to "one day".
You can't fall behind on a nervous system practice.
There's no module four you missed.
The work happens in the ninety seconds before you post, and that moment comes round again tomorrow.
There are other women in there who feel just like you do, all cheering each other on and supporting each other. You're not on your own.

Imagine being able to spend more time with your family and less time working...
Because the more time you spend procrastinating over what to post, or undercharging and needing to work longer hours, the more precious time you are taking away from your family and doing the things you love.
Imagine instead of wasting time going down the overwhelm spiral, you can focus that time on understanding what your ideal clients want to see from you on social media, and feel confident pitching your work to them?
After Safe to Sell you'll:
-
Know exactly how to ask for a sale without feeling like sh!tting yourself
-
Stop assuming you know what's in your clients purses, and price your offers on what you need, not to "be accessible"
-
Feel comfortable being repetitive on social media so your dream clients know exactly what you're helping them with
-
Know selling is a service and a gift to the right clients, not a manipulation tool to make people do something they don't want to (none of that ick here!)
-
Be a lot kinder to the part of you that feels scared showing up on social media selling your work
-
Stop feeling like a hypocrite, because you're finally practising what you preach to your clients
How many of these have you already tried?
Only to feel like a failure when you get half way through and haven't done your homework and it feels like school all over again?
A new offer, more content pillars, a stricter posting schedule, another bank of AI prompts. All strategy. None of it addresses the demand this puts on you nervous system, so you rebel against it when it your content calendar feels like a bollocking from your teacher.
Business coaches with strategy and no nervous system understanding. You get a brilliant plan and but something in you struggles to execute it, then you blame yourself for having the plan and not using it assuming you must just be lazy or stupid.
Somatic and spiritual coaches with no business strategy. Therapy and regulation has helped you deal with past trauma, but you're still undercharging and can't put your face on a reel.
The £27 masterclasses and the podcast rabbit holes. Lots of great but conflicting ideas, too many to know where to start, and they're all surface level. Who supports you when you're on the edge of closing your business and get a "normal job"? I know you don't have an information problem.
My work sits in the middle of all of this- I see you as an interconnected, beautifully complex human being, not a diagnosis or just as a business. You're a woman with deep feelings, deep ambition, and a want to support your family as well as your clients.
The transformation starts with you.
"I've tried other coaching before. This is different. More in my body than just talking through things." Becky

Nothing bad happens immediately if you don't do this.
That's the thing about doing nothing. Nothing bad happens right now.
You'll carry on. You'll write the post and spend 3 hours tweaking the aspect ratio in canva. You'll take on the extra evening client instead of raising your price, and you'll be lovely about it, even knowing thats 1 less night spent with your family.
You kick the can down the road.
In twelve months you'll have given roughly 350 hours to the drafts folder. Nine working weeks.
And somewhere in that time, a woman who needed exactly what you do will find someone half as good but twice as loud. She'll be fine. You'll never know it happened.
Nothing has changed.
That's what makes it so easy to leave for another year.
I know you don't want to stay stuck for another moment.
You've already spent more than this programme costs this week by overworking or "researching". Is it time to get that time back?

I'm asking you to show up because I can't do the work for you. But I'm not asking you to gamble on whether it works. That's my job to be sure about, not yours.
